Albright are an independent family firm of Chartered Surveyors. We are not tied to any estate agent or bank and so can provide you with a truly independent service. Whether you are buying a house, undertaking building works or extending your lease, we will offer you professional advice tailored to your requirements.
Our head office is in Cobham and we have a satellite office in Putney. Our surveyors work across all London postcodes and along the A3, M3 and M4 corridors.
We offer a personal service that’s tailored to you, whether that means meeting you on site or calling you after the inspection to talk you through matters of concern.
We’ve inspected properties at 6am the day after instruction and sent out the report by the end of the same day. We’ll send round two surveyors to an auction property if the viewing slot is limited.
We’ll climb through tiny loft hatches and scale walls to ensure that every inch of your property is inspected.
